Altus Operations
Terms of Use
The terms governing use of this website, public materials, and related Altus Operations communications.
Last Updated: May 16, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of altuslanding.com, operations.altuslanding.com, and related content, resources, forms, downloads, and communications provided by Altus Landing Consulting LLC, doing business as Altus Operations.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Nature of Services
Altus Operations provides operational consulting, AI implementation guidance, workflow architecture, business process design, technology recommendations, and related advisory services for professional service firms and growth-stage businesses.
Unless separately agreed in writing, website content does not create a consulting engagement, client relationship, fiduciary relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or obligation to provide services.
2. No Legal, Financial, Tax, or Compliance Advice
Altus Operations is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed through this website, communications with us, newsletter subscription, scheduling a call, or purchasing consulting services unless separately established with qualified legal counsel outside our role.
Our materials and services may discuss law firm operations, AI systems, workflow design, technology, and business processes, but they are not legal, tax, financial, cybersecurity, regulatory, or compliance advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before relying on any recommendation in regulated or high-risk contexts.
3. AI and Technology Limitations
AI systems, automation tools, analytics, software platforms, and third-party integrations may produce incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, biased, unavailable, or unexpected results. AI outputs require human review, professional judgment, and validation before business, legal, compliance, or client-facing use.
We do not guarantee that any AI system, workflow, prompt, integration, automation, vendor, or operational recommendation will produce a specific business result, revenue increase, cost reduction, conversion rate, compliance outcome, or error-free performance.
4. Client Control and Responsibility
Clients are responsible for selecting, approving, configuring, maintaining, monitoring, securing, and supervising their own systems, vendors, hosting environments, AI accounts, cloud accounts, software licenses, user permissions, data practices, and operational processes.
Altus Operations may provide recommendations, blueprints, implementation support, or done-with-you assistance, but clients retain control over their business information, systems, accounts, infrastructure, approvals, and final decisions.
5. Temporary System Access
In some engagements, a client may grant temporary access to client-controlled systems to support configuration, review, troubleshooting, or implementation. Any such access should be limited to the agreed scope, granted by the client, monitored by the client, and revocable by the client at any time.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Altus Operations does not intentionally store client credentials, act as long-term administrator of client systems, or assume custody of client business records or legal files.
6. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, layouts, frameworks, graphics, concepts, service descriptions, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Altus Landing Consulting LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for legitimate business evaluation purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit website content without written permission.
7. User Submissions
If you submit information through the website, forms, email, or scheduling tools, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, or sensitive client information through website forms unless specifically requested and appropriate.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the website for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, security-compromising, automated scraping, reverse engineering, spam, or unauthorized access purposes.
9. Third-Party Websites and Vendors
The website or our services may reference or connect to third-party websites, tools, vendors, AI platforms, hosting providers, calendars, CRMs, analytics tools, or cloud services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, security, pricing, data practices, outputs, or terms.
10. No Warranty
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altus Operations disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altus Landing Consulting LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to your use of the website, reliance on content, AI outputs, third-party tools, or business decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the website or these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid directly to us for website-based materials giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater. Separate paid consulting agreements may contain different liability provisions.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altus Landing Consulting LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website, violation of these Terms, misuse of content, submissions, or decisions regarding your own systems, vendors, data, or operations.
13. Paid Engagements and Separate Agreements
Paid consulting, implementation, advisory, or done-with-you services may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, order form, or other written agreement. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the current version. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
